Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    4 to 5 peaches, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. tapioca
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
    2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and tapioca together.
    Add water, then bring to a boil.
    Boil 3 minutes. Add Jell-O.
    Cool, then add sliced peaches.
    Pour into the two baked pie shells.
    Keep refrigerated.
