Sue'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans peeled wedge tomatoes (Del Monte 14 1/2 oz.)
    2 jalapeno peppers (mince in blender)
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. cilantro leaves (to taste)
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Add tomatoes to blender to chop (zap blender on and off to chop).
    Mix well.
    Make a day ahead.
