Sweet 'N Sour Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stew meat
    3 c. carrots, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water (a bit more, if necessary)
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Chop vegetables and mix together in crock-pot. Cook on low overnight.
    Before eating, add cornstarch to some water and thicken.
    Serve over rice.
