Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh, cooked and chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until golden.
    Combine soup, water and Cheez Whiz.
    Cook broccoli; then drain.
    Mix broccoli with onion and celery.
    Combine everything.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle a little Cheddar on top if desired for taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes uncovered.
    If using glass dish, lower heat to 325\u00b0.
