Granma Edna'S Pasta Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 2 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir flour with oil, salt, eggs and 1/4 cup water to make a stiff dough.
    On well-floured surface, knead dough until smooth and not sticky, about 20 times.
    Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
    Use noodle cutter or cut with knife into noodles (flour well).
