Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 green sweet peppers
12 red sweet peppers
12 green tomatoes
2 large onions
1 pt. vinegar
1 c. brown spicy mustard
1 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 qt. mayonnaise
Preparation

Chop and drain vegetables.
Add vinegar and mustard.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add flour, sugar, salt and celery seed.
Cook 10 minutes; cool.
Add mayonnaise.
Put in hot sterilized jars and seal.
Makes about 6 pints.
