Texas Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, boiled and boned
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. corn tortillas, cut into 1/4 pieces
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
    In a casserole dish, layer starting with tortillas, chicken, soup and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Freeze for later on or bake at 375\u00b0 until hot throughout.
