Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs and salt.
    Beat until foamy.
    Add butter and flour; mix well.
    Divide into 3 parts.
    Roll out very thin; cut into 1/4-inch pieces about 4 inches long.
    Spread out on a floured board.
    Cook until tender.
