Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream sugars, oil and egg. Sift dry ingredients together. Add with all the rest. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
