Crabmeat Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter (do not use margarine)
1 1/4 lb. frozen crabmeat (Wakefield)
Preparation

Thaw crabmeat and squeeze out all water.
Break in chunks. Melt cheese and butter in double boiler.
Add crabmeat chunks to cheese and butter mixture.
Mix well.
Serve warm in chafing dish. Serve on large bread wafers or any large wafer that isn't seasoned, as you want to enjoy the flavor of the crabmeat mixture.
