Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onion.
    Cook until tender; stir in tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, layer noodles with meat mixture and cheeses. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
