Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peas
1 can white Shoe Peg corn
1 can water chestnuts
1 jar pimientos
1 c. celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Drain peas, corn, water chestnuts and pimientos; combine.
Add celery, onion and green pepper, along with salt and pepper. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and water; pour over vegetable mixture.
Let marinate for several hours.
