Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach, trimmed
    2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
    1 cup pomegranate seeds
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper, crushed
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first three ingredients.
    In cup, whisk together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over salad to coat.
