Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. frozen strawberries
1 1/4 c. pecans
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract

Preparation

Mix strawberries, pecans, eggs, oil, vanilla and butter extract together.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
