Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. finely chopped, raw, unpared zucchini (about 4 small, yellow squash)
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Mix ingredients.
Spread mixture evenly in pan.
Lightly sprinkle top with Parmesan and paprika.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Cut into pieces about 2 x 1-inch.
Makes about 6 dozen.
