Italian Spaghetti And Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, minced
    1 1/2 cloves garlic
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and cloves of garlic.
    Add tomato paste, tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, red pepper, sugar and mushrooms. Mix well.
    Cook slowly for 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over spaghetti with garlic French bread.
