Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, sliced thinly
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can kidney beans and juice
    1 can tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in order given in casserole.
    Season each layer with salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
