Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium diced onion
1/2 medium bell pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. whole kernel corn
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
Cool, so it won't cook eggs.
Add sugar, salt, flour, milk, cheese and corn.
Stir in eggs.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
