Clifford Tea Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening or butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat.
Sift flour, salt and soda and add with the nuts.
Pack in mold and leave overnight in refrigerator and slice as thin as possible.
Cook until light brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
