Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix and beat together the eggs, oil and sugar. Add and sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in tube pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
