Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can vegeburger
    4 Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
    1 lb. potatoes, grated (4 or 5)
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Grate potatoes last because they will turn brown if they are not cooked soon after grating.
    Roll meatballs in bread crumbs.
    They will be soft; if they are too soft add more bread crumbs.
    Fry meatballs in 1/2-inch of oil, turning frequently.
    Place in serving dish and cover with any mushroom sauce.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
