Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped radish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijonnaise
    salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Wash, boil, drain, cool, peel and slice or cube potatoes. Hard-cook eggs, cool, peel and cut in half.
    Dice whites, reserve yolks for dressing.
