Halloween Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    dash of pepper
    1 bay leaf
    6 small carrots, pared and halved lengthwise
    6 small potatoes, pared and halved
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Trim fat from chops.
    Combine flour, garlic salt and dash of pepper.
    Dip chops in mixture.
    Brown chops well, about 10 to 15 minutes per side.
