Black And White Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cannellini beans
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans
    1/2 small red onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Rinse beans in cold water and drain.
    Chop the onion.
    Toss the beans, onion and parsley, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled over romaine and/or variety of salad greens.
    Salad may be made a day ahead.
