Brown Edge Honey Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, cream butter until smooth; then add sugar, honey and vanilla.
Beat until fluffy. Beat in egg white.
Stir in flour until combined.
Drop batter by 1/2 teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
Immediately transfer cookie to wire rack to cool.
Yield:
60 cookies, 25 calories each, 2 grams fat each.
