Pork Sausage Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bulk sausage
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. minced onions
1 c. peeled apples
parsley
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients.
Grease 6 1/2-cup mold.
Stuff sausage in mold and unmold onto jelly roll pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
