Korean Fried Beef Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef flank steak or top round
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
cooking oil for deep fat frying
hot cooked rice
soy dipping sauce
Preparation

Partially freeze beef, thinly slice across the grain into bite-size strips.
In a bowl, combine all measured ingredients. Soak meat for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Fry strips in oil until desired cooking time (how you prefer your meat cooked). Serve over cooked rice.
