Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, sliced thinly
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 large onion
1 can red kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Grease 3-quart casserole bowl.
Layer half of potatoes, half of hamburger meat, half of onion and half can of beans.
Start layers all over again, leaving potatoes on top.
Mix can of tomato soup with 1/2 can water.
Pour over all.
Salt and pepper each layer.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
