Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix with butter
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. powdered sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. In separate bowl, beat sugar, 3 eggs and vanilla together. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes.
