Wilma'S Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. French-style string beans, cooked
    1 pkg. green peas, cooked
    1 pkg. whole kernel corn, cooked
    2 fresh carrots, thinly sliced on diagonal
    2 celery stalks, thinly sliced on diagonal
    2 peppers (red or green), cut into strips
    1 large onion, chopped or sliced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. vegetable water (from string beans)
Preparation
    Add salt, pepper and dill or oregano to taste.
