Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove bone from salmon.
    Mash salmon in its own liquid and combine with other ingredients.
    Baked in shallow, 8 x 8-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until firmly set and slightly puffy.
