Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    sour cream (for topping)
Preparation
    Chop or puree spinach.
    Mix with all other ingredients.
    Top with sour cream just before serving.
    Serve with crackers or small slices of rye bread.
