1/2 c. water
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation

Soak apricots in water for 20 minutes.
