Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 medium naval orange, quartered and cored
2 medium tart apples, quartered and cored
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cut orange in pieces (include peel) and grind in blender.
Add apples and cranberries; grind.
Add sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Put mixture in sterilized 1/2 pint jars and refrigerate.
Stores up to one month in refrigerator.
