Beef Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute chuck.
    Add onion, green pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer and remove from heat.
    Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Place half of cooked noodles in casserole; cover with half cheese mixture and then remaining noodles and then cheese mixture.
    Top with tomato-meat sauce.
    Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven, using 2 to 3-quart casserole.
