Kriss Kringle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add 3
    eggs
    and beat well.
    Add milk and stir. Gradually add flour,
    cream
    of tartar, salt and baking soda (sifted together).
    Mix and add vanilla.
    Chill and roll out on lightly floured\tboard.\tCut
    into
    desired shapes. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 7 minutes.
