Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. confectioners sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
Preparation

Mix pudding as directed on box.
Crush cookies.
Combine butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip in a bowl. Add pudding.
Sprinkle 1/2 of crushed cookie crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour pudding mixture over cookie crumbs, then put remaining cookie crumbs on top.
Refrigerate.
