Porky Sparerib Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs, cut up
salt and pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 green pepper, cut in strips
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Place salt and peppered spareribs in a shallow roasting pan. Brown 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to drained ribs; return to oven 40 to 50 minutes longer. You may use pork meat chunks instead of ribs.
Brown the meat; drain.
Pour the sauce over and bake 1 hour.
