Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1/2 c. milk
    1 to 1 1/2 c. packaged herb flavored stuffing mix
Preparation
    Brush chicken pieces with milk.
    Pat crushed stuffing mix onto each piece.
    Shake off excess crumbs.
    Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in a lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until chicken tests done.
