Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole grain rice (uncooked)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken broth
    chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
Preparation
    Pour rice evenly in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice.
    Stir soup and broth together and pour 1/2 of the soup mixture over the rice.
    Place chicken breasts on the rice.
    Pour the other 1/2 of the soup mixture over the chicken.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
