Overnight Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices cubed bread
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 cans (4 oz.) mushrooms
    3/4 lb. grated cheese, Swiss and Cheddar mixed
    1 c. cubed ham
    1/2 c. white cooking sherry (optional)
    parsley
Preparation
    Grease casserole and alternate layers of bread, cheese, mushrooms and ham.
    Beat eggs and add milk.
    Pour over bread mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
