Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into muffin pans that have been greased or lined with baking cups. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yields 6 dozen miniature muffins or 12 large muffins.
