Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie shells
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1/2 pt. half and half
    6 to 10 oz. Swiss cheese
    6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. sausage or hamburger or ham
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Fry peppers and onions in grease.
    Add cheese and other ingredients.
    Pour in pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
