Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of hot sauce or to taste
    butter-flavored no-stick cooking spray
    1 lb. medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    Combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic powder and hot sauce in a skillet that has been coated with butter-flavored no-stick cooking spray.
    Saut the shrimp in the oil mixture until they turn pink. Serve with steamed rice.
    Makes 4 servings, 6 fat grams per serving.
