Sakis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. ground coriander
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. peanut or sesame oil
    2/3 c soy sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except chicken) in food processor.
    Marinate chicken for 6 hours (or up to 3 days).
    Skewer and cook over low grill until done.
    Takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
