Chocolate Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
Preparation

Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add bananas and eggs.
Blend well.
Pour into 2 (9 x 5 x 2 3/4-inch) loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
