Virginia'S Spoon Bread(The Very Best) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 stick butter or more if you like
    2/3 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs, separated
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Set oven
    at
    375\u00b0.
    Heat
    milk to scalding; add butter and salt.
    Slowly stir in cornmeal.
    Cook one minute, stirring constantly (use
    eggbeater).
    Remove
    from heat and cool a few minutes, then
    stir in well beaten egg yolks.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
