Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 zucchini, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 peeled tomatoes, sliced
6 slices American cheese
Preparation
-
Dip zucchini in egg, milk and flour.
Fry until brown.
Make layers of zucchini, onion, tomatoes and cheese in casserole dish. End with cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 more minutes.
