Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    7/8 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Pour other ingredients in and mix.
    Knead lightly.
    Roll out in circle 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place in greased pan with edge of biscuits touching.
    Bake 15 minutes.
