2 1/2 c. fresh lima beans
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of red pepper
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded American cheese, divided
